Creativity…Come Back To Me!

just write

I’ve discovered two free online courses that piqued my interest in subjects that I really enjoy learning about and engaging in. I thought I would share in case any of you would be interested in it as well.

  • The Future Of Storytelling is an 8 chapter course that starts Oct. 25th. It is actually based out of a university in Germany! But, it’s all in English, so no worries there! I am always looking for ways to improve my writing. And I think this course can help me with that craft and get my creativity juices flowing again!
  • Songwriting – if you know me, you know that I’ve always had a love for songwriting. I have not written much in a long time, you know, having 4 kids and all…..but, really, I’d like to get back into that craft as well.

I am not getting any younger, and FYI my birthday is next Monday, and I am tired of the battle of doubt and fear, they keep winning and that irritates me. I don’t want to be afraid to start doing the things that I want to learn more about and I don’t want to be afraid of what people will think or say about what I do or write. For example, this blog. I don’t make the time to blog because I think that people really don’t care what I have to say. Except for the 2 people who do read this, thank you, I love you.

Before I started ranting and babbling more, I am excited to go through these courses and please let me know if you would like to join me or if you have taken on any other course that they are offering! We can have a study date!

I have a hunger to learn and hopefully I’ll get back all of the brain cells that the princess and 3 jesters have sucked out of me.
